The Tech Air system is capable of detecting a dangerous situation as it unfolds and determining to deploy the airbag protection system in a fraction of a second, providing coverage for the back, chest, shoulders and kidneys.

The Valparaiso jacket also comes complete with CE-Level 2 certified SAS-TEC elbow and shoulder protectors and is prepared to accept Nucleon armor in the back and chest for even greater protection. Ergonomic appointments such as accordion stretch at the elbows and shoulders and multiple points of adjustability on the sleeves and waist provide miles of touring comfort and convenience without disrupting the lean, utilitarian aesthetic. This Valparaiso Jacket is built to accept the Tech Air Street Airbag System. The vest, which must be purchased separately, installs easily in just a few minutes and does not require any external sensors to operate. Should it detect a crash, it will deploy a protective airbag, providing unrivaled protection to the rider's full back, shoulders, kidney area and chest.
